Through sport, personal training and yoga offerings in Europe, Australia and Asia, the importance of movement and co-ordination in the human form was highlighted especially in and with the great outdoors. The body or the self eco-system is the space for growth, adaption and change, we are nature so lets re-learn how to flow and move with what we are, as oppose to what we are not.
Gained experience has enabled growth within a combination of several movement systems – including calisthenics, yoga, sport, animal movements, rebounding and suspension training – to create a variety of movement-based training programmes and sequences, suitable for novices and athletes alike, regardless of age or fitness level.
