For rehabilitation and relaxation, treatments to assist with chronic or acute discomfort. Whether its sport related or every day activities, i can offer targeted treatments through massage and/or joint mobilisation. Aiding in a quicker recovery and prevention in any further injury.

I guess we all have our own interpretation and experience of this.
We practice awareness. Connecting to the environment, physical self and breath, acknowledging sensations without responding to them. Vipassana inspired mediations as well a variety of pranayama (breathing) techniques.
Suspension training was created by a Navy Seal so we can thank the military for this revolutionary form of exercise. Suspension trainers are modified ropes that suspend from a fixed position, enabling us to train through various exercises. Upper and lower body, core strength and balance can all be trained; and the best part is that it uses your own body to enhance your body.
